Hi all, this is about the PFTT2 repository[1]. This was used by the Windows QA team long ago, and had a short-term revival about 2019, but was then dropped in favor of using run-tests.php, while all the other features (such as PHPUnit tests for applications and frameworks, WebDriver based UI testing) could not have been restored during the revival period.
There are still a couple of unfixed serious bugs like * <https://github.com/php/pftt2/issues/79> * <https://github.com/php/pftt2/pull/84> and most importantly, despite the name Fast Test Tool, it is actually way slower than run-tests.php using a *single* worker.
