[PHP-DEV] Win32 install scripts

I'm working on the installer for our web system, which requires PHP
running under IIS. It would save a great deal of time if I could inspect
your Wise install scripts and/or install DLL code to see how I have to
set up IIS. I downloaded the CVS tree and could not find these scripts.
Am I blind, or looking in the wrong tree (I used php-src and
specifically looked in win32), or ???
