I count 7 people who *could* be in the reply list for this message if it hadn't been trimmed (Rokas, George, Larry, Tim, Lynn, Christian, Derick); I have no idea who is interested in getting a duplicate notification of this reply, so tend to assume that the polite thing is to trim all of them.

That's actually a good argument for *not* using Reply All by default, because as the person *sending* the message, deciding when to *add* you as a direct recipient is considerably easier than deciding when to *remove* you.
