You and Joe make very good points here. Many moons ago, I was looking to
replace bugsnet with a managed, powerful solutions. There were not much.

These days there many very very good ones, custom flows, statuses, link to
emails,  private sections or tickets.  I would suggest to look into this
instead (f.e. I am a big fan of clickup ;).
