Some of the RFC authors have been discussing this a lot based on feedback. In a [previous message][1] I said we would message the list when it's ready for re-review. It's still not ready, but we seem to be driving towards consensus. I wish everyone would hold the discussion until then because they are discussing an outdated thing and causing noise, but it's not something I can control.
