Hello, internals. I'd like to discuss with you a minor change that I'd like to make to PHP 8.0: change the return type of `__debugInfo` from `?array` to `array`.
The full context on how Máté found out that `__debugInfo` actually returns an `?array` (which btw is not even documented: https://php.net/language.oop5.magic#object.debuginfo) can be found in this PR: https://github.com/php/php-src/pull/5496.
