Okay. Tag wise it's RC4 because I couldn't come up with something better 
and didn't want to screw up the CVS tag names.

I moved those to http://www.php.net/~andi/ and renamed them from RC4
(which it is not of course) to -pre-release-test in order to avoid
confusion later on.
