What? Why? There is obviously a way around it, because that is what people are using now.
$a = $b ? $b : $c;
If $b is not set, it will throw notices.
The correct way is something similar to:
$a = (!isset($b) && !isnull($b)) ? $b : $c
Which defeats the whole reason of introducing the new ifsetor() operator.
