i`ve got fresh bindlib_w32 from cvs, build went fine (one warning: d:\dev\php_source\bindlib_w32\res_send.c(920) : warning C4715: 'res_send' : not all control paths return a value). suprisingly for me - i`m still stuck in the same place (snapshot build): ... strlcpy.c NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"cl.exe"' : return code '0x2' Stop.
