The point is, however, that is doesn't matter at all - even if the code 
would be perfect, it's not the time to put it in. There are many reasons 
for that, but the main point is not about the quality of the code - which is 
another matter - but about the fact that it can not be in PHP5 now unless 
it addresses important problem.
