Isn't the largest concern consistency here? We now have the oppurtunity
to make our OO stuff consistent with the 3500 other functions; even the
OCI ext made the move. There is no reason to have the Dom ext use
studlyCaps; one of the guys on the Dom XML specs board is here at the
conf and said there is no reason why it should use studlyCaps.

So, that actually "destroys" the reason to use studlyCaps at all, so why
not do the right thing and make PHP consistent with itself, ie. use
under_scores for ALL functions and methods? I'm willing to prepare a
patch to the source AND documentation to make that happen. And
because I'm sure that because most people WANT consistency, I see very
little against doing this.
