I have absolutely no idea and would rather get some testing done with them first. Many of the past issues we had with libxml were windows compatiblity related. I have not had time to play with 2.6 under windows other than to make sure php was compiling until now, so it may be better to wait a bit before pushing these public. It looks like no one is having any major problems with 2.6 on other platforms though.
