Today I've finished writing the 'Migrating from PHP 4 to PHP 5' appendice. I would like you to review it to check if something is missing or incorrect.

Seems to be all right. Would be nice to link to places in the manual, where other new features are documented (SPL, HTML Tidy, SimpleXML, the new object model).
