I am currently in charge for the Windows Help Edition of the PEAR Manual. Furthermore I participate in the development of the PEAR support page. As for now I have dealt with Martin Jansen directly but since I intend to take more workload he had asked me to apply for an cvs account. The User ID below is the one I use to login onto the PEAR site to upload the manual.
