This is just a heads-up; tonight Edin and I switched to using the new win32 build system for our official PHP 5 snaps.
In order to encourage people to install PHP in a sane way on modern win32 (win2k and later), we have merged the contents of the sapi/ and dll/ folders and put them into the root of the zip file. This means that you can unzip the snap and run php straight out of the root folder. No need to copy dll's into windows system directories.
