If you look at
http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.php#install.windows.build
under Configuring MVC++, they tell you how to set the
appropriate paths for the contents of win32build. This
should take care of much of the not founds, if not
all. Also, did you compile the appropriate resolv.lib
file?
