C:\sandbox\include\libxml/encoding.h(132) : error C2061: syntax error : identifier 'iconv_t' C:\sandbox\include\libxml/encoding.h(133) : error C2061: syntax error : identifier 'iconv_out' C:\sandbox\include\libxml/encoding.h(133) : error C2059: syntax error : ';' C:\sandbox\include\libxml/encoding.h(135) : error C2059: syntax error : '}' - repeated often enough to incur 158 errors.
