It's not. If you misuse a language, then you pay for it.

That's also an elitist statement IMHO. Are you gaining anything form making these people 'pay'?
Who is to define what constitutes use and what constitutes misuse? Generally, if it works, and it's not horribly illogical, then it's a valid use.
