All extensions which were marked with "-" have been copied from php4.unused/ext to php-src/ext. Most extensions had an empty HEAD branch already. For domxml, xslt, hyperwave, I have manually emptied that branch.
After that, the PHP_4 tags have been copied from PHP_4_3 for php-src/ext/*.
That should conclude this move. Sebastian, does PHP_4_3 work for you now?
