I seeing apache segfaults using apache 1.3.27, php 4.3.2, and mysql 3.23.56 while using mysql_info() inside of a class. Something like this:
<? class MySQL { var $result; var $conn;
function MySQL($host, $user, $pass, $db){ $this->conn = mysql_connect($host,$user,$pass); mysql_select_db($db,$this->conn); }
function doQuery($query){ $this->result = mysql_query($query,$this->conn); }
function getQueryInfo(){ return(mysql_info($this->conn)); } }
$sql =& new MySQL("host","user","pass","db"); $sql->doQuery("update table set num=10001"); echo "info: ".$sql->getQueryInfo();
?>
My actual application is much more complex, however the script above will still produce the seg fault on my machine.
Thanks for any help,
