[PHP-DEV] Namespaces bug

namespace A {
    namespace B{
        class C {
            function D() { print "asdf\n"; }
        }
    }

}

B::C::D();

Apparently, the parser allows nesting namespaces, but they are all
registered as global ones. Should be fixed, I think.
