Interesting another vendor portwell (Braswell) listed their motherboard to support HW Accelerated Video Encode Profile - VP9 GPU-accelerated2 http://www.portwell.com.tw/products/Innovative.php Can you please let me know if where I can find a Linux driver/distribution for testing the same (even if its beta?) . I could not find any reference at 01.org graphite site.
