Ok. How about adding back plane->has_rc_ccs and also adding
plane->has_mc_ccs and initing these before calling 
intel_fb_plane_get_modifiers() (as before)?

What about the 
plane_id == PLANE_CURSOR && md->id != DRM_FORMAT_MOD_LINEAR
check in plane_has_modifier()?
