Similar code structure but different.

We use the same xa_for_each loop + pinned check but call
__guc_reset_context vs guc_cancel_context_requests. Also here I don't
think we can clear &guc->context_lookup until
guc_cancel_sched_engine_requests completes. Not sure how to structure a
helper that makes sense.
