I have run some video process test cases calling libva based on vesc-rebase kernel, output videos of video processing are ok by a little mild test cases (include de-interlacing, denoise, color space conversion and scaling). Then I used upstream kernel which not support vesc, output of vpp was wrong. This means vecs-rebase kernel can work indeed.
