With commit aa56a292ce623734ddd30f52d73f527d1f3529b5 (even on 5.3.0-rc8) I can get a system freeze during chromium compilation (likely due to jumbo / high memory usage). Sysrq still works and CPU/fan is low, so it seems like a deadlock? and there's no disk reading. I can't read the dump gotten via kdump for some reason, else I would've shown a stacktrace by causing kernel to crash via sysrq+c.
