Hi Lin, It sounds reasonable. From the Charter for Internet Area Working Group , topics about "basic IP layer Functionality "can be considered in INT AREA. SAVI-WLAN makes IP address validation at the nearest place to users, which is a network behavior related to IP addresses and very useful in preventing address spoofing. To a large extent, this seems consistent with the scope of its definition.
