Is there any way to use Gnus with socks5 proxy?

I have tried:

  (setq url-gateway-method 'socks)
  (setq socks-server '("proxy_address" "127.0.0.1" 1080 5))
#+END_SRC

or

#+BEGIN_SRC elisp
  (setq url-proxy-services
        '(("http" . "http://127.0.0.1:1080";)
          ("https" . "http://127.0.0.1:1080";)))
#+END_SRC

both doesn't work.
