MCSim is a simulation package which allows you to design your own models (eventually dynamic, via ODEs) and to perform simple simulations, Monte Carlo stochastic simulations, or Bayesian inference through Markov Chain Monte Carlo simulations. Version 5.6.3 essentially fixes a small bug in output scheduling and add various checks (checking that output variables are actually computed for example). MCSim is GNU software.
