GNU Linux-libre 4.1-gnu sources and tarballs are now available at http://linuxlibre.org/pub/linux-libre/releases/4.1-gnu. There were no significant deblobbing changes since -rc8; the differences have to do with accepting the false positives in a patch brought into recent freed-ora builds.
Two new drivers needed cleaning up of blob-requesting-and-loading machinery. Various others needed deblobbing updates due to blob name changes, false positives and some minor reorganization of the tree.
