A new version of Archimedes has been released. This version, 0.7.0, is
extremely advanced with respect to the previous one (0.1.4).
Archimedes is now able to take into account all the range of known
III-V semiconductor materials, like Silicon, Germanium, GaAs, InSb,
AlSb, AlAs , AlxInxSb, AlxIn(1-x)Sb, AlP, AlSb, GaP, GaSb, InP and
their semiconductor compounds.
Furthermore, the structure of the code has been modified in such a way
that it is very easy to add new required materials.

Archimedes is the GNU package for 2D Monte Carlo semiconductor device
