I am very pleased to announce that the new version 0.0.7 of GNU Archimedes has
been released, with some bug fixes from the previous release.
Furthermore, it is now possible to simulate the GERMANIUM material. It
is available
from
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/archimedes.
Archimedes is a tool for realistic simulation of semiconductor
devices, based on
Monte Carlo methods. Please see the web page for more information:
