I am happy to announce the availability of GNU Source Installer 2.1 (libsrcinst-2.1, sourceinstall-2.1, sourceinstall-gtk-2.1).
GNU Source Installer is a source package manager for code that provides a GNU-compliant build system. Serious bugs have been fixed in this release, and new functionality is also available. Installation/update/removal of entries in the info directory file are now managed by source installer. Uninstallation is now also by default handled completely by source installer, without relying on make uninstall on the original source code.
