Hi, You should to configure Cyrus that it put default sieve to user _sieve_path during autocreating user mailbox.
Please follow this manual https://docs.cyrus.foundation/imap/features/automatic-creation-of-mailboxes.html and notice that this feature is available only in 2.5 branch. Roundcube create his own sieve during your first access "filters" tab. I don't know which exactly plugin do you use but in my I can configure ruleset name in $config['sieverules_ruleset_name'] variable.
