-r Recursively reconstruct all sub-mailboxes of the mailboxes
or mailbox prefixes given as arguments.
I haven't tried it with 2.1.4, but with 2.1.3 this worked for me:
/usr/cyrus/bin/reconstruct -r -f user.jason
