What I usually do when moving mailboxes from one server to another (both are running 1.6.25) is this: 1. Create the new mailbox on the new server 2. Set quota etc. 3. Tar the mailbox on the old server 4. Copy the tarred mailbox to the new server 5. Untar the mailbox 6. Run reconstruct -r for the new mailbox 7.
