I've installed cyrus and sendmail in order of the installation manual. Then i added mailboxes for users with the default acl to the admin allowing to delete mailboxes. All worked perfectly. I added the configdata to my sendmail mc oaccording to the sendmail manual. (cyproto.mc) There were errors concering file permssion on some directories complaining about world wirteable directories. I fixed that too, with chmod. When i try to send a mail to a user i get the error that cyrdeliver (deliver) cannot deliver mail with the error EX_TEMPFAIL. The mail resides in the /var/spool/mqueue directory: Deferred: cyrus mailer (/usr/sbin/cyrdeliver) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL I searched in mailinglists but didn't find a solution. Also i tried to use the .mc file shipped with debian but with no success. What's wrong with it ? Is there a permission problem ?
