What is cyrusbb and how to find it?

Hello!

I want to create few bulletin boards on my Cyrus IMAPD 1.6.24 installation,
but I can't find cyrusbb program
nowhere on my disk. The cyrusbb local rule also exist in my sendmail.mc.
I've made the system shared mailbox
(without "user." prefix) and set right permission on them, but when I am
trying to send mail to "bb+mailboxname@mydomain",
and then run "sendmail -v -q", I see the message "Connecting to
cyrusbb....deffered".
