There was a Woolner Project at the University of Vienna 
(https://smwc.univie.ac.at/the-woolner-collection-and-finding-aids/). Karin 
Preisendanz, now retired, is the best resource on the status of this project. 
My recollection is that she reported that the project is moribund.
