Dear Colleagues, We are writing to confirm that CSASA-ACESA will hold its 5th “Annual Meeting” in-person, to be hosted at York University, Toronto from June 11-12, 2026. Exceptionally, the Canadian Federation for Social Sciences and Humanities will not be hosting a Congress this year, so our Annual Meeting will be independently organized with a new fee structure and registration at Congress will not be required. The CFP will be released in mid-November on the FourWaves portal (same as last year). Proposals are due by January 15, 2025; notifications will be sent by January 31, 2026; annual membership dues must be paid in full by accepted presenters by February 1, 2026 to be confirmed on the final program. You do not need to be an association member to submit a proposal for the Annual Meeting, but membership dues must be paid in full for accepted presenters to be confirmed on the programme. For this year, CSASA-ACESA Membership fees remain unchanged, at 70$CAD (regular rate) and 35$ CAD (reduced rate).
