I thought I saw one white flower among basal pair of leaves suggesting Lamium, but the there seems to be pedunculate inflorescence towards top suggesting Veronica. There is at least much similar looking Himalayan species. https://groups.google.com/forum/#!searchin/indiantreepix/Veronica$20Gurcharan/indiantreepix/K29AzfJ7plc/AEqQDRGVdrIJ -- Dr. Gurcharan Singh Retired Associate Professor SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 Res: 932 Anand Kunj, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018.
