Finally found the ID of this unique aquatic plants.. i thought it was
Potamogeton coloratus compared to online images, but coloratus is a
temperate aquatic macrophyte restricted to calcareous peatland waters of
Europe and adjacent regions and is not part of the native or naturalized
aquatic flora of India. Plus i don't think peat filled ponds are found in
India due to higher temperatures and increased microbial Activity.
