I guess this should be *Bulbophyllum longerepens *Ridl. If correct this should be a new sps. for India.

Bulbophyllum cauliflorum, cauliflorum means flowers arise from stem. I see here the flowers are coming out from the base of the bulbs. There are many identical looking species in this group.
