In Srinagar Kashmir N,cataria is one of the commonest weeds. It is also called " Biyari Ghas" ( cat's grass) by villagers.I do not know if this name is indigenous or a result of contact with Britishers for whom Kashmir was a popular resort during British rule. Regards Taffazull
