Leaves are generally opposite in Apocynaceae <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=10053>. Leaves somewhat look closer to https://efloraofindia.com/2011/09/02/aglaonema-commutatum/ But it is not a climber.
