Not quite - I send these when our build passes pre-integration testing,
so we know what changes are going to be delivered. Even if /dev releases
were coming out normally, it would still normally be 2-3 weeks from when
I send that list until it appeared in pkg.opensolaris.org/dev, due to the
time to convert all the SVR4 deliveries to IPS, generate the repo & images
from those, and then do the sanity testing to make sure everything can be
installed and find out if there are any major issues that need to either
cause a respin or be release noted. This one would probably be a couple
days later since the cutoff for consolidations to deliver is pushed back
from Monday, which is a holiday in the US & UK, to Wednesday.
