May be it is possible to enable an alternative temporary and publicly available repository, which will contain most recent development builds while the release is still pending, so those who are not planning to use a release branch later can use the most up to date build without delays? Is it just a technical obstacle, or there are some bureaucratic reasons not to do so? Thanks.
