Whatever happens (and I'm expressing a personal viewpoint here, as I have no inside knowledge), OpenSolaris isn't going to become inaccessible overnight, and will likely continue to be as accessible as any Linux distro. OpenSolaris and Linux have always shared their accessibility improvements with each other, and I don't see any real reason for that to change, whether or not Oracle continue to initiate any of those improvements going forward.
