Hi , The wizard should be triggered once you login with a locale different from your current one. E.g. try login with en_US.UTF-8 if you currently running under Arabic locales. Also remember to check if ~/.config/users-dir.locale contains a single line of your current locale. directory names won't be changed automatically if this file does not exist.
