I did not test OpenSolaris on SPARC machines yet but I'm curious why
wanboot support in the OBP is necessary. Can the OpenSolaris
installation not be done with wanboot from CDROM/disk , e.g.
boot cdrom -o prompt -F wanboot
In general, loading wanboot from media (cdrom/disk) instead of net would
be possible, but it currently doesn't work - the problem is tracked by bug
9549 Sparc AI client doesn't bring up network if not booted using DHCP
